How Showroom InSite, LLC handles information submitted through its website and demo-request experience.

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, dealership, work email, phone number, preferred callback window, and message.
Our systems may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, security-check results, and server logs.
How we use information
- Respond to demo requests, questions, and dealership inquiries.
- Prepare a walkthrough relevant to the dealership information you provide.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead-intake process.
- Prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, and unauthorized activity.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How information is shared
We do not sell the personal information submitted through the demo form. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, secure database storage, bot protection, email delivery, and related website operations. Those providers process information for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Demo-request information is retained for up to 24 months so we can respond, follow up, maintain appropriate inquiry records, and meet security, legal, or recordkeeping requirements. The system records the applicable expiration and removes expired inquiry records through a scheduled retention process.
Security and anti-abuse checks
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The demo form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information for that security check under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the contact pathway on this website. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
The website is intended for dealership professionals and general adult audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the demo form.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website, product, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
